Pronación y Supinación: Los movimientos del antebrazo
La pronación y la supinación son los dos movimientos clave que nos permiten girar la mano y el antebrazo. Esto es posible gracias a cómo trabajan juntos dos huesos: el radio y el cúbito (ulna).

Supinación (Palma hacia arriba): Es el movimiento donde giras el antebrazo para que la palma de la mano quede viendo hacia el frente o hacia arriba (como cuando pides una moneda o sostienes un plato de sopa). El radio y el cúbito se ponen completamente paralelos.
Pronación (Palma hacia abajo): Es el giro contrario, donde la palma de la mano queda viendo hacia atrás o hacia abajo (como cuando juegas básquetbol o pones la mano sobre la mesa). Aquí, el radio cruza por encima del cúbito en forma de “X”.

💡 En resumen: Estos movimientos son súper importantes para casi todo lo que hacemos diario, desde abrir una puerta con llave o usar un desarmador, hasta escribir en la computadora o comer.
