Guía rápida sobre los piojos en los niños
Tener piojos es muy común en la escuela y no tiene nada que ver con la falta de higiene. Se contagian por contacto directo de cabeza a cabeza o por compartir gorras y cepillos.

Síntomas: Comezón constante (en la nuca y detrás de las orejas) y liendres (huevecillos) pegadas al cabello que no se caen como la caspa.
Cómo eliminarlos: Usa un champú especial de farmacia y pásales el peine fino (lendrera) para quitar todo manualmente. Repite el proceso a los 7 días para eliminar los nuevos brotes.
Hogar y Escuela: Solo lava con agua caliente la ropa de cama y gorras (los piojos mueren rápido fuera del cuerpo). Avisa a la escuela con naturalidad y sin juzgar al niño para evitar que se sienta culpable.

💡 En resumen: No entres en pánico ni lo rapes; los piojos son molestos pero temporales, y se quitan con paciencia, constancia y una buena lendrera.
