Your body always sends alerts when something is wrong. Pay attention if you notice these signs:
Yellow skin/eyes: High bilirubin levels, meaning potential liver problems.
White dots on nails: Lack of zinc, calcium, or protein (or just a minor injury/fungal infection).
Cracked lips: Your body is dehydrated. Drink more water!
Nails curved downward: Could run in the family, or alert you to heart, lung, or digestive issues (like Crohn’s).
