El flujo vaginal es un sistema natural de limpieza de tu cuerpo. No es “suciedad”, pero saber identificar cuándo es normal y cuándo no, es clave para tu salud.

Es normal cuando:
Es transparente, blanco o cremoso.
No tiene olor fuerte ni desagradable.
No causa picazón, ardor ni dolor.
Cambia según tu ciclo menstrual (ovulación, embarazo, etc.).

Color: Verde, gris o amarillo intenso.
Olor: Fuerte (tipo pescado).
Molestias: Picazón, ardor o dolor al orinar.

Textura: Muy espesa (tipo requesón).
Regla de oro:
Nunca uses duchas vaginales ni jabones perfumados; estos alteran tu pH y causan infecciones. La vagina se limpia sola, solo necesita higiene externa suave.
